Turbocharger (增压器)

Definition: A turbine-driven forced induction device that increases an internal combustion engine's efficiency and power output by forcing extra air into the combustion chamber. Oil Seal (油封)

Definition: A component used to seal clearances between moving and stationary parts in mechanical equipment, preventing oil leakage. Installation Location: Around rotating shafts, such as crankshafts and axles. Example: National Oil Seals Crankshaft Seal, Part No. 710030 for Caterpillar 3406 engine.

Sensor (传感器)

Definition: A device that detects or measures a physical property and records, indicates, or otherwise responds to it. In machinery, sensors monitor parameters like temperature, pressure, and speed. Installation Location: Varies depending on the sensor type; temperature sensors in coolant passages, pressure sensors in hydraulic lines. Relay (继电器)

Definition: An electrically operated switch that uses a small current to control a larger current, often used in machinery to control circuits for motors, lights, and other high-power components. Solenoid Valve (电磁阀)

Definition: An electromechanically operated valve controlled by an electric current through a solenoid, used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to control fluid or air flow. Wiring Harness (线束)

Definition: An assembly of wires and cables which transmit electrical power or signals, usually bound together by straps, cable ties, sleeves, electrical tape, conduit, or a combination thereof. Thermostat (节温器)

Definition: A temperature-sensitive valve that regulates the flow of coolant in an engine's cooling system, maintaining optimal operating temperature. Installation Location:  Usually located in the engine's coolant outlet housing, where coolant exits the engine block. Pulley (皮带轮)

Definition: A wheel on an axle or shaft that is designed to support movement and change of direction of a taut cable or belt, or transfer power between the shaft and cable or belt. Bushing (轴瓦/衬套)

Definition: A plain bearing that is inserted into a housing to provide a bearing surface for rotary applications; it reduces friction and wear between moving parts. Gearbox (变速箱/齿轮箱)

Definition: A mechanical unit used to increase output torque or change the speed of a motor shaft. In excavators, it's part of the final drive system.
